Why Was My Transaction Declined?

What it Means: You card issuing bank has prevented the transaction from being authorized. Unfortunately  they can not provide us the reason as to why the transaction was declined.

What to Do: Call the card issuing bank (the number is typically printed on the back of the card) and ask why the transaction was declined. Once the issuing bank confirms the reason they should approve future attempts, and you can try your purchase again. Alternately, you may use a different card if the problem persists.
